Peter Sampson started his real estate career in 2003 as a Property Manager and licensed real estate agent working for multi-family investors and operators in Minnesota. During those early years he provided acquisition due diligence and leasing execution for a variety of apartment, condominium, and office investors. At the age of 25, Peter purchased his first multi-family property and continued to be a principal to multiple commercial transactions thereafter. In 2009, he moved to New York City where he worked as a Property Manager for a 900,000 square foot luxury mixed-use property in Lower Manhattan. There, he oversaw all commercial and residential leasing operations, financial reporting, and large-scale capital expenditure projects.
Peter is a licensed agent in the state of Texas, providing commercial brokerage services to investors and developers. Over the years his list of clients includes RV Park investors, land developers, and single tenant net lease investors. As a fellow landowner and RV Park owner, Peter takes pride in his deep knowledge of these asset classes. He has completed multiple 1031 exchange transactions. He provides market analysis and valuation proposals to clients while ensuring timely communication during the transaction.
With over $30 MM of real estate transactions in Central Texas, Peter continues to provide clients the tools and knowledge necessary to make informed financial decisions and reach their real estate goals.
